Komaba, H., et al. - Conclusion: Increased levels of adiponectin were associated with elevated BNP levels and LVH in hemodialysis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is speculated that adiponectin levels may be modulated by chronic hypervolemic state in this population
