Vejrup K et al. - This longitudinal study examined the frequency of consumption of vegetables for dinner by Norwegian adolescents and their parents. Few adolescents and their parents consumed vegetables for dinner. Interventions are needed to meet the recommendations, and parents should be targeted in intervention programs.
